I need to consolidate my payday loans they are taking all my money every other week, i need to consolidate into one low monthly payment

i hope for all of your sake you have not delt with this company!!! they are one of the many that i assigned to t&c for consolidation and i still get up to 5 harrassing calls a day afetr 2 weeks!!! this collection agent has threatened me and called me so much i finally said do what your going to do!! and then i even called my counselor at t&c and she called him and he still calls me! i just hope they dont try to come after me after they already agreed to going thru t&c...as someone said on an earlier post they were served with wage garnishment after months of payments from t&c!!!

i have 2 vehicles with payments of 730 a month. my ssister inlaw just gave us a car and we want to get rid of one. if i file chapter 13 and let the car get reposessed add in the Deficiency of the car. or what else can i do? also i have a second mortgage of 56,000. and my house is 210,000. the house apprases at 200,000. it was worth more when we took out the second mortgage, and did a 125% loan. has anyone ever tried to add the second mortgage into a chapter 13 case cause the value of the home is taken up by the first mortgage. third i have 125,000 in credit card debt.

my bank is threatening collection agency because my account is 1000.00 in the neg due to od fees that payday loans caused! any advice would be appreciated :oops: im also taking point donations as becasue of this mess im trying to raise 500.00 for my 7 month old son to have surgery....im broke...god bless you guys and i wish you the best of luck!

I was asked to repost this and let others see it thanks. :? I just received a call from 913-825-1200 (caller ID) or 800-351-8820 (number he gave me) and was threatened and told that I embezzled money from his company and he needed to speak with my supervisor in order to take care of this debt. When I would not give him that information, he said that I had 1 hour to come up with 647.50 or there was going to be a serious problem. He told me that I needed to call my friends and family and borrow the money from them.
