I have just joined this forum in hopes of consolidating my credit card and payday loan debt.
Could someone please provide contact info for T&C?
Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.
Missy
Does anyone know how long it takes an ACH reject to get back to the lender? Is it instant or a few days? For example, if the reject occurs on a Friday, when can I expect the lender to get the response and contact me or attempt another withdrawal?
I am just wondering if we have any member who are from other countries. It would be nice to have people who are more familiar with the laws of other lands than ourselves.
I just logged into my account for Magnum Cash advance. Orignally they had me scheduled for 4 payments of 240.61. I have already paid the first two payments. I look tonight (after faxing my letters and after T&C contacting them) and they have added an extra 250 dollars to my next payment.
WHATEVER!
I have to call T&C and ask (or maybe some of you know), will T&C let us know what amount the lenders tell them we owe. A couple of my lenders T&C has said will accept payments until the balance is paid. I was so happy to hear this that I did not ask what the lenders said the balance was.
ago. Anyways I tried to open a bank account this week w Wells Fargo. They won't let me open one saying that bc I had bankruptcy I had to clear it first.
OK so im going to get it done this week, so in the meantime, I opened an account w Mechanics Bank on WED. Everything went fine, Cust Serv says I should be getting a CC debit card all in the mail next week.
Today, Mechanics called me back. She says she had to close my account, bc a lady from Wells Fargo called them out, and tattled on my account.
OMG....You guys are sooooooo great and patient. I am so relieved to have you all on my side. I was thinking about my situation after reading a bit today and was wondering a few things.
Everyone says to check the laws of your state to find out what these payday companies are allowed to do. I got these loan in Texas, the companies are located throughout the US, and they are all store front.
All,
Recieved a letter from midland credit management today.
Aside from sending out a DV letter, has anyone dealt with them?? What can/can't be expected from them?
I'm sure I saw something about them, but a search turned up more unnecessary information, that it would have taken longer than I wanted, to find out anything!
Anyway, anyone with information, it is greatly appriated!
Thanks,
Keith
Some co. cannot operate in some states and do so illegally therefore if you have loan wityh them and cannot pay don't. That is the position I am taking my states AG informed today they can't bring litigation in this state because the contract has no binding in MD since no contract can provoke unlawful activity and be considered binding :?
I've had good luck with these guys, until I sent them an e-mail the other day..To find out exactly what my balance was, and to make arrangements to pay it off on April 15 in exchange for them to not take a fee April 1. They've done it for me before.
Well, he has not got back to me yet. I am in "one of those moods today." and was really irritated that he had not contacted me back yet. It's been 2 days.
So I wrote back today and said,
"I do not appreciate being ignored by your company.
