I recently received a letter from Payday OK indicating that my personal information may have been stolen. I called and they were hacked into and customer information had been stolen. Since then I had 3 payday companies, all related to FSM show up as deductions on my checking account. I called the companies and Payday ok and informed them that I had stopped payment and requested information from them indicating I had taken these loans out. Instead I received calls from our every so impudent Interstate wire Compliance Bureau.

My husband has just gotten a notice from our districk justice from lvnv funding is taking him onto court for a credit card bill from Bank of America. His contract was with The bank not LVNV. How can they take him to court and what can they get? I contacted LVNV and they gave me 3 differnt names of their own business. As far as I can see they bought the debt from Bank of America so how can they keep charging interest on a closed account also.

i have a bipolar disorder and went on a very bad shopping spree over 2 years and racked up 100,ooo in credit card debt. i just got laid off also. i want to try to at least pay of some of the debt. all my bills are current from cash advancing money to pay them. should i write a letter to the credit card company, explain to the my situation. i will get medical records that shows i have a bipolar disorder, and pappers that i got laid off. or do i just stop making all payments, wait for them to call? also, how long is it before a credit card company will sue you
