I would like to send debt validation letters out to each one of my payday lenders. What is a good way to start going about doing this. Also if anyone can send me sample letters that would be appreciated. I live in Pennsylvania and am having trouble finding out the laws here. If anyone found them before please let me know. Also what will sending out debt validation letters accomplish and can i send them when my account is up to date? or do i have to wait until they go into collections. Please let me know. Thank you

i was been a victim of a lots selling syndicate and they were forincg me to pay the money they gave to syndicates. being the lot agent they went after me to pay for it which i was been innoscent about their truth. i was also a victim to think that i can earn money out of selling the lots which is fake coz they gave ne a wrong tittle in connivance with the syndicate. they gave me 2 months to pay the money they gave to them, I have signed already and promised to pay for it. i have a big debt as of now and need to pay my clients all before april 17,2006. what will i do. im going crazy.

I am sending out this letter to all of my payday loan people today (by fax and by certified mail). Jessi, I took the letter you posted yesterday and changed it for my use (thanks, your letter was great)! I spoke to my state's financial office today and was told that people lending to florida residents need to be registered in florida. None of my lenders are. I am also going to send Jessi's letter to my bank and alert them that these people are no longer authorized to debit my account. Hope this works. Thanks guys.

I recently lost my job due to health problems and my husband doesn't make enough to cover it all. We only have 2 secured loans (our mortgage and our truck) and we have cut expenses everywhere. I am past due 30 days on the truck and 60 on the house! I have called to try to work it out with the lenders to no avail, to see if they could put at least 1 of the mortgage payments back so we could get caught up. They wouldn't do it. I don't want to " settle" I want to pay it but need some help!

Been scouring the internet to find a site that tells whether payday lenders are registered in my state (Florida). I remember coming across it yesterday but I've look at so many sites I can't remember where I found it. It is my plan today to send out certified letters to my lenders (especially the ones who aren't registered to lend in my state).

Found this in my research. It gives pretty detailed information on each state's payday laws. Hope it helps someone.

Dear Members, DebtCC points are to motivate and help our community members and for almost a year this has been a helpful community tool. One of the main motives of DebtCC points was to draw new members to our community. Since DebtCC is earning very limited through adsense and other means, we are stepping over the budget. We still want to appreciate the community participation with the shared revenue model but at the same time we need to remain within our budgets.

I have been looking at some of the posts and everybody seems friendly and helpful. :D I need help. I am considering debt consolidation but am in a whole new world here. Credit cards are my problem. I have cut them all up and don't use them but the damage is done. I am not "behind". Just payments are too high. Any suggestions on good companies?

It seems like so long ago now when I look back but it has been a long time. I turned 39 this March and really things did start about 20 years ago. I guess I always did have a big heart wanting to make people happy and that started a lot of my trouble. I grew up on a dairy farm and was working and making money from the time I was 13 and had bought and paid for my own car(73 chevelle back in 1983)and of course being a person with a car and cash always made me popular if not for the right reasons.
