Folks, After a call earlier in the week from T&C giving me an update, I got a call today from 500FastCash.

Hello all New to the forum and have been reading a lot of it but so much information is hard to sort through.Thanks to all who have spent time doing all of this helpful work. I have just paid a couple of debts that I had and I wished I had read some of these first. It seems that my understanding is even if you pay a debt and didnt get it in writing to remove it that it will stay on your Credit Report for 7 more years?

I am hoping to benefit from those that have traveled this road before me. I would like to find a template letter to send to creditors telling them to "Stop calling, use written correspondence". I've seen many references to this letter and how it helps stop the calls and creates a more formal communication process. Can someone post a copy or send it to me via email? Hello, I've been reading this site and beginning my rocky road to recovery. I had a medical issue in the middle of last year that caused me to become unemployed. This was not what I wanted to happen.

Thank God, I found this website (google search) I have been trying to find a phone number for Bahamas Marketing Group for months. I never received anything in writing from them. My loan should have been paid off months ago, but they have been taking the fee of $75.00 without me being able to pay off the loan completely. I just tried to call, but the office is closed but I'll call first thing tomorrow. Thanks for info.

:x I am having huge problems with two payday loan companies. I am continually having my checking account debited for loans that I have with them. I cannot locate any contact information for either company, if anyone has anything for 500 Fast Cash or Payday Two Loans, please let me know. I don't know what to do to pay them off if I cannot contact the lender.

I just sent my first payment quick collect to T&C and I am elated!!! I feel like I can finally breathe again. And what's more, I can get excited about payday now because I will actually have some money left in my bank account when my direct deposit goes thru!!! When I found this forum 5 days ago I was doing a web search to get a loan with bad credit. I just happened to stumble onto you guys and I feel like my whole life has changed in just 5 days. It is amazing how debt and worrying about debt can take over your whole life.

How do I pay off my wifes OLD $130.00 debt if I can,t find any one to accept my payment
