The plaintiff is LVNV for a debt and money was sent to a lawyer fim electronically for settlement. The money went to another bank instead of the lawyer firm. Is there anybody at LVNV that I could talk to or will help.

Hello everyone! I was just wondering what everyone's experiences were with getting alternative/repayment plans arranged on their balances. Please state if it was an installment loan or a payday loan and the name of the company. I'd like to know how many payments they allowed you, if it was EPP or something else, how flexible were they with the amount you pay (and if they allow monthly vs. biweekly) and how easy it was to arrange?

I have managed to make arrangements on paying off my debt. All but one debt to GE money bank which is now in the hands of a law firm after being transferred from CACH LLC. I have called the law firm and we worked out a monthly payment arrangement but they have no interest rate information. The debt has gone from $7,000 to over $9,000. Is it advised that I go forward on the payment plan? I could use some assistance on my options.thank you, Kevin

So I live in NJ and I recently recieved two loans, one from Western Sky or Cash Call for 1500 dollars and the other from Check n Go. I didn't even make my first initial payments yet and I"m really nervous because I cannot afford to pay these. CashCall wants 200 a month and Check N Go wants 309 every two weeks.

i have 3pdl that i owe and i already began the process of changing banks but i haven't closed my old checking acct because i was told not to so until my direct deposit is in my new acct,but i'm worried the money might not be in my new acct as od next week when i get paid and i don't want the pdls to take my money out of my old acct being it's not closed yet hw can i rectify this

Hello! I have a question that has been bugging me for some time. I was living in Las Vegas back in 2009-2010. I was living in an apartment complex called Positano apartments. I moved in November 2009 and had to break my lease May 1, 2010. One of the room mates moved out, I couldn`t find another, I was on unemployment, and couldn`t find a job so I had to pack up and go to Jersey to live with my parents, like most people had to.
