Things have been a little crazy around here.. My biopsy was fine! :) He said one came back perfectly normal, the other came back slightly abnormal, but there was no bacteria, and nothing to worry about. I have to keep taking the Prilosec, and see him again in 6 months. I go next Tuesday for a final recheck on my leg that I broke 1 year ago, and hopefully then my attorney can start negotiations on a settlement. Our area manager is moving to Cincinatti, and that will leave his position opening...I'm qualified for the position and have been debating applying for it.

Is this a reasonable and reliable company with which to address debt consolidation issues?

Last year in June I accuired a 50.00 loan from your company. I have been noitfied by my bank that since then you have been taking 75.00 per month from my account. First of all you are using the wrong account, and they have been trying to contact you to fix the matter. Because of your lack of responce they contacted me. My question is now, however, is how long does it take to pay back a 50.00 loan. I need to speak with someone about this matter, (501-960-****) or my bank will be noitfied to stop all further payments, and I will notify the Better Business Bearau along with my attorney.

Okay, so you all can tell from my prior posts that I have been dealing with a nightmare CA. Well after they became more abusive, I made a complaint to the local BBB in their city(Phoenix). I made the complaint on 02/17/2006 and I thought that I wouldn't hear anything for 30 days. Well, the CA rep called me yesterday and stated that she was very upset(boo-boo) that I reported her agency to the BBB. She said that she is going to garnish my wages now. Mind you, I have been making payments. I said nothing and disconnected.

Has any one heard of Capital Collections LLC Internation Recovery Services. I am receiving hateful and rude calls from a guy at this company. It was for a loan that I had through Cash Advance USA. Thanks.

My wife and I are insurance agents, and make $350,000.00 between the two of us. We have $80,000.00 in credit card debt. We have had excellent credit, but now debt to income ratio is so out of whack. We are maxed out on Credit Cards and have been so for two years now. We can't pay larger amounts each month because now I must do all business transactions on my Amex which is about $8,000.00 each month. My credit score has gone from 700 to 620 over night it seems like.

I made a huge mistake and got several payday loans. Some I have paid off and others I am struggling to pay off. What can they do to me if I can not pay the full amount each month that they insist on?

I keep getting calls at home from the uk saying I have a payday loan with them and I don't recognize the name of the pdl company they are giving me. Well I do have a current pdl with interm cash and I guess it's them calling. Yesterday I got a weird call from interm at work urging me to payoff my pdl on my next renewal date instead of refinancing I told them I couldn't pay the whole amount $279.00 so he said they would split it into two payments. What is going on with this company are they in some kind of trouble.

I am a current customer but I don't remember my logon or password. I have a new email address as .. or someone to call me to find out what my payoff amount is. I need anyone to talk to me about United Cash Loans. I got a call from a woman by the name of Kathryn who said I have until 12:00noon Feb. 27th to contact her and make arrangements or her client will proceed with involuntary action against me. She didn't say who she was with, but when I called back the number it's United Cash Loans. Anyone had calls from these folks? Also, I need an address to send an validation letter as I am not just going to take someone's word on what I owe.
