Hello, I just received a call from a debt collector at NCO and I was very much surprised. Last year I moved and rented a Uhaul Cargo van and asked for the maximum insurance. Turns out they only have CDW available for the cargo vans...of course they didn't inform me of this and I rented the Uhaul thinking I was insured. I was in a small accident where the uhaul bumped into the trunk of another car. I gave him all my information to the driver and the police. I followed up with the other driver's insurance company (State Farm) after since I never heard anything.

Hello all! I am in a bind and I have no clue who to turn to. Back in 2008 my fiancee (now husband) and I both lost our jobs around the same time. We went from having a good income to zero. Being young and dumb, we had no savings. To make things more of a challenge, we were expecting our first child. A few months later we both got new jobs. He however took a huge paycut. We made some decisions and saved what we could (one car, one credit card, rent payment). Everything else we had to let go. We even had a BRAND NEW truck repoed.

I had MS Solution call me, my work, my inlaws, etc. They said they are processors for Seaside Payday. I took a loan out almost 1.5 years ago from Seaside. I believe I paid the total back, but cannot get anyone to respond to me for verification on that. Is this something I should be worried about? It is making me really upset that they continually call and say they are sending a processor out ASAP.

I live in Illinois and I was just served summons papers yesterday on a debt that is from 2007 or 08. it says the original creditor is HSBC/Union Privilege the collection agency is Harvest Credit Management VII, LLC but Arthur B. Adler & Assoc. LTD out of Chicago is taking me to court. Is this legal? First off I don't remember having an HSBC card, but I've always been told that if you never signed any agreement or even a verbal agreement that they aren't legally allowed to take you to court.

When I left for work this morning there was a business card stuck in the driver side window.Front of business card had printed: Accurate Legal Support Services, LLC had address of the business, say they do -Process Service, Skip Trace and Court Records, and the name Rob Stewart and phone # hand written. Back of business card had a hand written note: Please call Rob@720-675-3692 this is an Urgent Matter, if you do not call this Matter will be turned over the Sherriff.I???m not sure what to do.
