Can they really file a law suit against you for payday loans

I got all three free through my states new law, I was planning on spacing them out through the year, and I will from now but thought it best to get all three to get started. Can I post them on here for specific advice(sans personal info) ? If so should I post all 3 ( gonna be long)? I had to take settlements on two cc, one this summer and one at the end of 2002. I also had one go to collections before being paid in full early last year. I don't have any credit accounts open, havent charged anything since 2002.

I was referred by DCC to Delry Debt Consoidation Services yesterday. My debt has to do with the mountain of payday loans I have accrued trying to get them taked care of, now I'm in a mess and have gotten nothing accomplished. The customer rep. said they could not help me with this because no one handles debt consoidation with payday loans. He advised me though, to close my checking account and pay each one off individually instead of all of them trying to draw fees out of my account every 2 weeks until I can't even afford to get gas or food.

I am not sure if this is the right web site, for my situtation, however one of my creditors i am dealing with has my social secerity number on my corespondance letter,they in turn told me it is on there software, i dont think that is right,that how id theft starts,i dont want my s.s. Number allover the internet. Now what can i do about this problem?

can i consolidate these with my other items for one low payment

one of my husbands debts in now in the hands of bronson and migliaccio. The have offered us a settlement for half, or pay 900 now and then make the interest payments every month until we can come up with the settlement. We would like to do that, but we dont have the 900 to start. If we tell them that we can only do the interest a month until we save up for the settlement, and they refuse this offer, what can they do to us legally?

Hi: Just had a message at work from phone number 866-201-4603 asking to speak to either myself or my attorney here at my job....I called back but an answering machine came on "saying please leave message for the receptionist...Does anyone know this number?..

Hello everyone. I'm in need of some help. It's been months since my husband and I wrote two checks at walmart in northern California. They were returned and I contacted them immediately to make payments. The woman I spoke to told me what times I could in and make the payments. I went in and as soon as she came out I handed her my bank card to make the payment. The total was $123. She said "No. We don't accept those. It has to be cash or money order." So I left. We completely forgot about that debt and moved on to paying other debts.
