I sent Access payday loans a debt validation letter that expressly states the information I need and doubly expresses the fact that this company is to only contact me by mail. Within 1 hour of faxing this letter, I get a call from "Dan" stating he will send a account summary but that is all. His statement to me was "I have a job to do and do not have time for this". He then mentioned that he is turning my account over to collections if I really did place a stop payment on the charges, which I did.

What will your fee or charges be to perform the consolidation, should I chose this option

Can anyone show me an example of a cease and desist letter to get phone calls to my work stopped. I have begun working with T&C, and I expected calls to my cell, but I cannot have these phone calls to my office! Also- how long will they keep bombarding my cell phone with calls? They were taking out $90 twice every two weeks until I put a stop payment on it for over 2 years... then they called and said they would work with me... I was sending them $100 a month for 6 months and then my debt would be done. I did 3 months and stopped and haven't heard anything from them... should I continue to send these money orders or is my money going nowhere? _________________

They think I am going to send them three posted checks at one time!! Not..I closed my checking account to keep this from happening from anyone ever again. They said I did not make the first payment..not so..it cleared my back on 13 jan..they are up to date. And they harrass the fool out of you..that unknown caller deal.I never answer it anyway......anyone else have that problem with them?????????? :evil:
