I had about $3500 of debt presently. I am looking for a clean consolidation program.I however have these requirements from them, let me know if this is possible 1. Reduce total debt, by negating fees and interest 2. Accept a single payment from me, for the whole debt,so I dont have to make monthly payments. 3. After I make the full payment to the conslidation program, I can get clearance from the lender that it is paid. Dont know if this is a lot, but would be really helpful if someone would do this. I dont mind paying them fees, just dont prefer making monthly payments again!

Here is what I think- if a credit card debt is charged off by a company,then it is incurred as a bad debt,a total loss amount. In other words, the principal is accounted as a write off in the lender's balance sheet. Now if a sum of amount is writtern off and reported to its investors as loss, how can interest be applied to it? The borrower in such a case is not even liable for the borrowed amount. By collecting on charged off accounts, aren't lenders having it both ways? Writing it off at the same time collecting on it. Also, how can interest be applied on principal written off.

I have had a payday loan since may. It keeps rolling over, several months. I faxed in the form to pay it in full at the end of june. I could not find the form nor their contact information until today. I still can't find the form. The orginal loan with fees was $390. Can I file a complaint against this company to get some of my money back? I never received any additional contact from them. I do understand that this is my fault for letting it go for so long. Can I file a complaint with the attorney general's office?
