Can you consolidate ypur debt if you have two judgements against you?

HI Ive written earlier threads about Sallie Mae, now this individual rep, started to call my phone number from her own cell phone. I have her caller ID along w her name Police says i should call State Consumer Affairs before I file a report. Telemarketing job doesn't require much skills do they? not even patience. Has this happened to anyone else?? I suggest you do the same thing, call State Consumer affairs

Like most kids doing things they should not be got PG and 16 and got married. My X and I learned the BAD BAD world of credit cards. After our divorce I could not afford to pay nor could I afford to pay for chapter 13.

I was wondering how do you go about getting a consolidation loan when your credit is poor? I have tried to get loans and either you have to own a house which I dont or you need to have good credit which I dont can someone direct me in the right direction?

I just finished making payments. Had a letter faxed over saying that my debt was settled. Now what? Who do I send this to? I can't find any info on reporting a settlement.

I am in the process now of trying to rebuild my credit. My aunt co-signed for a loan with me through Citi-Financial and I have not missed a payment and are paying extra. Anything else I can do that would help please let me know.

I have some old dept from like 1995 what is the SOL on that for AL and FL?

I got a call on the 23 from Mr. Richard Beecham. Stating I owed Platimun B Services 521.50 for a Payday Loan. I have done Payday loans in the past and have all of them taken care of. Is this company legit. the call back number he gave me was 866-225-4872, I aske dhim to send me proof of the loan and I would call him back to sent up payment arrangements. I never got anything. Any info you have would be great. Donna

How can too many inquires be a reason not to extend credit? Just curious.
