If I to the 36 or 39 month debt settlement agreement suggested by the debt counselor I talked to last night, can the creditors garnish my wages before settlement is negotiated?

We recently went into debt management with T&C and my loan from Sonic Payday defaulted because we closed our checking account. I wondered if anyone has had luck dealing with them. They have called me two or three times in the last 2 days and say they are unwilling to take payments? Can anyone share their experience? Any advise would help. Has anyone ever heard of debt reduction Services? They say they will do payday loans. I'm considering them, but wanted to check with all you knowledgeable guys first.

Many lenders are parallel with each other with respects to having a program that eliminates the component of credit grading on old seasoning requirements of a discharged bankruptcy... Many are now advertising one day out... BK OK! Countrywide has even further announced this applies to all credit grades, all document types, all occupancy types, and for purchases or refinances... What a deal! Times have changed.

I just received another call from Accounts Receivable Technologies. This is the second time. The first time they called, they were very nice, just wanted me to make payments on their terms. I was really scared so I said ok. Well, I got paid and I didn't have enough money to pay my "necessary" bills and that one to. So I honestly sent them $20.00. This man just called me here at work this morning and jumped down my throat, telling me that they were going to embarass me here at work and why would I mail that into them when he told me to do a Western Union.
