Would the negative information be automatically removed by the credit bureaus if the loan was sent to creditors and you have been in contact with creditors? This is in regards to a student loan.

I just got off the phone with Rose from Nevada Consumer Protection and she stated that they have verified that United Cash Loans is not in Carson City, Nevada. They have received responses from other complaints from a correspondant in Kansas City, KS and California. They are conducting unlicensed activity in the state of Nevada and Rose stated that they have received over 500 complaints on United Cash Loans. She stated that she wouldn't send payment to the Oklahoma address because there will be no proof they are actually the ones getting the money.

I want to get out of this payday advance., i have paid my loan probably 4 times over in their fees and cannot pay the final $379 to end this fiascal. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with this company via the 800 number they list (800-6780-2177) to no avail. do I need to involve an attorney and what would that cost? I recently received a settlement on another pay day advance company I had used in overpaid fees. I would like to do the same with this company. any suggestions?

I am currently being sued by my bank for funds that i thought was in my account-to later find out that the other persons check did not clear-therefore-I owe the bank 4200.00 I currently am in chapter 13 bankruptcy and I am having my wages garnished from that source-what should my plan of action be? thanks tom

We are in the process of entering into a debt consolidation program and have several payday loans that will be in this program. My question is do I need to close my checking account so the companies can no longer debit my account. The debt consolidation company is telling me that the payday loan companies won't debit or try to debit my account but I'm no sure. What does anyone who has done this in the past recommend?
