I have been getting phone calls from allied interstate saying that I owe money to Sprint PCS. This has been happening everyday. When I tried to call the number, no one answered. What should I do? I am thinking about getting a lawyer.

Although I've had to get help for MY financial situation I wanted to share with everyone how my kids handle their finances. I'm hoping that having them manage their money in this fasion, they'll carry it into adulthood with them! Each of them have a lockbox with their own key. Inside they have envelopes labled "activity", "savings", "donation", "gifts", "me". They each have a calendar with their daily chores listed. Depending on their age and responsibilities they get a dollar amount each day that they complete them.

Has anyone ever had a payday loan help them? Everything I've read about them, it seems to put people more in debt. I'm in dire need to help carry me over right now. Am considering the payday loan. But reading everything I have, I'm having doubts. How does one get into the cycle of taking the payday loan and not being able to pay? I'm wanting to take out a small amount and having it payed off with my next check, in a week and a half. Would I be making a mistake here? Thanks for any insight! Kate

well i finally decided to try to get help. i did a search on my computer and found this forum and noticed that you guys give out helpful info. First of all i am really in debt at the age of only 25. I have 3 pay day loans out, all for $300, and about 4 credit card bills to pay. I am falling behind big time. I really need help. All of this is making me depressed. anyone with advice please help! I use competitor ads to shop at Wal-Mart Super Center for groceries. For example: This week the "Hart's" circular had a huge sale, bananas were 10 cents a pound. I went to Wal-Mart with the ad and even though Wal-Mart's bananas were priced at 48 cents a pound... I paid only ten cents a pound! The items have to be the same, for example if the ad says "Hiland" brand 2% milk for $2.29, you have to buy "Hiland" 2% milk. We cloth diaper our son. Cloth diapering is significantly different now. It is no longer flat diapers, pins and plastic pants.

I was default on my student loans. It was completely my mistake; I ignored them when I left school. I need a house but these default loans were causing lots of troubles. So I decided to rehabilitate, I've paid 4 installments already and need to pay 8 more. My question is how long will it take to improve my score? Can the new score be effectively high?
