What happens to my NCT loan if i file bankruptcy? What happens if i stop paying and get a judgment against me? I live in Texas?

Hi i need some help i got a call from a lady that said she was sending papers to my court house so i could be sued for a payday load that is 3yrs old. My lawyer offered them a payout 3 yrs ago and they wouldnt take it . So she told me to just forget it. andlet it ride. So i did now 3 yrs later they are saying that i am going to have to go to court . My court in town has no papers on it. But this lady gave me a case number .

Has anyone heard of Payless Financial Group? They are supposed to be a payday loan debt validation company.

My credit report shows that I have a collection account with LVNV Funding, yet I have never opened or received any monetary benefits from them. Need assistance on how to resolve this matter asap, because it will affect my prospect of being hired by my new potential employer.

I recently viewed my credit score/report on credit karma. My score is low and I would really love to know how I can get it higher and pay off my debt. My credit score also showed something about "other loans" which I do not understand. The only loans I am getting is for school and that already showed so I do not understand where that is coming from.

I recieved a phone call from a "prosecutor" in Texas telling me I was going to be prosecuted for an unpaid check that was wrote to Advance America Payday Loan. And that I had to pay over $3000 when the check was only wrote for $400. I went into the Advance America and the lady I spoke with told me I can not be prosecuted for this and they can only get the amount the check was wrote for, and that I needed to reach Paragon Way b/c thats where the check was sold too. I have called every number they gace me and even numbers I have googled for this business.... none of them are in serivce.

Yesterday, she decided to call my parents. mother in law, brother in law and my sister in law's parents. I told all of them this was a fraud and a scam and I would call & take care of it.

At tbe time I was working in AZ but my residence is in NM, I piad their intrest chatge through automatic debit every 2 weeks paying them back far mor than I borrowed. I recieved a call from Alliance Solutions claiming to represent kenwood services and tjey want to settle out of court for a certain amount. The rep "Jeramiah Cole" said I would be taken to court if I didnt pay the amoynt of settlement that day and they would tack on $1500 in court fee's as well as holde responsible for all the back I.trest.
