I need information on United Legal Corporation in Jacksonville FL I had two guys call me at work stating what I owe. The first guy that called to my work I told him not to call my job. Again I get a call today him telling me if I had an attorney something about fraud I already told him that I've requested not to call my job and by law I have that right anything that he needs to state I want mailed. If he continues to call my work what are my options. Also, do you know anything about this company and how far they will go to collect on a debt.

Does anyone have any information on this Riscuity? I have now on two occasions had bad experiences one in which they threatened to have me arrested unless payment in full was received. They are good at playing bad collection agent/ good agent by having one person call and threaten and then a few days later antoher calls to say that person has been terminated and that they apologize for any wrong doing they may have caused. A Mr. Davis called me on 9-7 to tell me I owed 461.94 and that if I did not give him a post dated debit card authorization I would experience serious legal action.
