Anybody know how to negotiate with these people, and also can you put the payday loans on a debt consolidation program, I am willing to pay them, but the interest is eating me alive!

If I wanted to make a deal with credit card companies to pay in full the account if they'll lower the amount owed, is that possible? Also, if I were to use your service would it have any negative impact on my credit, because I have never been late and have good credit.

I received a call today from a company called Ellis Crosby and Associates and they were very threatening and mean. I tried to find out about the debt and make payment arrangements and I couldn't get any answers...just threats that if I didn't send money today I would be arrested and my employer would be sued. I have done an internet search that led me to Allied Mutual Brokers. I have not been contacted by these people other than an email stating that they had received my application. Due to the Prime Time Lending scam - I am WAY skeptic of anything. But I have done some checking, i.e., their ip address and whatnot.
