I received 2 phone calls Friday from Ellis Crosby about my payday loan. They threatened to have me arrested and charged with fraud. I told them I would be willing to set up payments (I owe $230.00) and I was told absolutely not. It had to be paid by 5 pm Friday. I have not paid it because I can't afford it. What should I do? I talked to someone and they told me they are under suspension - that they cannot continue making threatening calls and that I should tell them I want something in writing. I know I will be getting more calls tomorrow - what should I do?
