serious help needed!

 okay, well where to begin??? let's just start out with the basics....i just turned 19. i have a beautiful 11 month old daughter. a $7500 car loan, 4 credit cards....all of which are maxed out. (totaling up over $2500.) and other serious problems going on. i am so stressed out, and basically have no money. what money i do have, is spent paying bills, and buying things my daughter needs. (according to the grand ol' state of ks. i make too much money for any assistance!) :? anyone have any advice to help me out???? anything, and i mean anything would be greatly appreciated.

Negotiating with the collection agency

My total debt amounts to $500 and it past due. The collection agency is threatening me that they will file a lawsuit against me if I don't pay them within 10 days. I don't have the money and they say that they won't accept the money in part payments. I was told that if I pay them $100, then they won't take legal action against me. What should I do? Should I move ahead?

Wage Garnishment

I have been waiting for my home refinance to go thru which finally did this past Wednesday. I was in touch with a collector that had a judgement against me telling them that I would be paying them as soon as I get the check that would be made out to them by the refinance company. I sent them the check on Thursday and then just today I get a copy of a request for garnishment from the collector in the mail. What should I do since I just paid them off the balance of what I owed to them? Will this still go to my employer?

I have average credit, but I'm running into problems...

I have a decent credit score that is about average. However, I am having trouble keeping up with all of my payments. I have a car loan, two personal loans, and 4 credit cards that are near their limits. Making all of the minimum payments is taking up a large chunk of my income. I also have a deliquent hospital bill that I would like to make payments on, but I am stretched thin at the moment. I am trying hard just to keep up with rent and other living expenses. Could I consider debt consolodation even if I recently acquired some of this debt? --Ron
