I need to know if someone can help me with my debt

I have four credit cards, and all of them are past due over 90 days. I simply can not pay the minimum due on all of them. Two of the cards have offered to take 40% of the balance either in full or installments. One of the cards has been sent to a collections agency, and they are demanding all of the payment in full in 48 hours. This is impossible and she has threatened me with a lawsuit and the possibility of revoking my ability to get student loans. I am still trying to work with the last CC to get on some type of low interest plan or settlement.

7 years ago i lived in Texas and was a member of Ballys health club. I moved to LA and cancelled my membership. Last year i did an online credit report and when my contact info was updated, i was contacted by Asset Accept the following day. They threatened me and were very rude. They told me i did not properly cancel my membership and therefor owed the debt. I have requested that they send me my original contract and they do not do that. THey left me alone for a year but now they are harrasing me once again.

How can I find out about this account that is on my report. I don't have any idea what kind of account this is.

Jo and Kelly Divorce 2000. At time of Divorce Kelly has visa card (no outstanding charges balance due: $0.00). Kelly elects to keep it and it is reflected that she is soley responsible for her card and future charges on signed and filed court documents. Kelly charges up $10,000 and forgets about it. 2003 - bank contacts Jo about bad debt with Kelly. Jo copies the bank the divorce decree and Kelly agrees to accept responsibility.. 2005 Bill collector contacts Jo about same bad debt.

I have several payday loans and am overwhelmed with them. I have no money left from my paycheck after paying all the loan fees. Is there a way to consolidate these loans and pay only once a month?

if this company contacts me in regards to a debt and threatens me who do I contact to lodge a complaint and because they have been expelled from ACA to they have the right to be collecting outstanding debts? Thank for the information. Hb

I've been reading the forums extensively and understand that I should send a certified letter for debt validation to the collection agency that's hounding me (Collect Corp for AmEx). The problem(s) I'm having are as follows: CA called on August 2 requesting that I pay the credit card debt in full via direct deposit (ACH) within 48 hours. I gave them my checking information and said that the funds would be available on August 4. In reality, I didn't have the funds available, but I was going to find someone from which I could borrow the money (i.e. family).
