I took about a payday loan in April for $200 and with their roll over fees it soon be came unbearable. I recieve a call from this firm in June and the woman I spoke to demanded I pay $600.00 or I would be sued, since I was so scared I sent a $100.00 money order to their office in Canada (this is where they are based), being a full time student with rent, bill, cost of school... I was unable to pay the rest.

can i only have one bill that i want to consolidate?

Had recieved letters and a few phone calls from Evergreen Professional Services a while back. They stated that I owed a certain amount to an old, closed account(USBank checking). I sent their letter back to then, requesting that they verify the claim they were making. I also stated that they were involving me in fraudulent activities and I wanted NO part of it.

I owe several payday loans but had to close my account becasue of identity theft. Although I have contacted all of them letting them know that I will pay as soon as I can get things straightened out (I have nothing left since not only the theives have taken everything but the payday folks took the rest...) Most have been pretty good about accepting the fact that I will pay them back.
