Im a little worried because I signed up yesterday and filled out the forms, including the one that asks for my bank account number, and I havent heard from anyone and noone answers the phone. Was this a big mistake and who gets my bank info?

I am in debt $27,000 due to using the cards I have for quick cash for a small business I have. I need to consolidate my cards to make one payment. I get paid twice a month and will be going through a divorce so I need a single payment I can afford until I get through the divorce.

I signed up on this website for help on Tuesday, I still havent heard from anyone. When I called the phone number yesterday, I was told not to worry someone would contact me within 24-48hrs of signing up, its been over that and still no help. Can someone please advise? :shock: Thanks Kristen

I signed up a week ago and still have not heard from anyone. I called the customer care line and she told me that someone would get in touch with me within 48 hours. But I still haven't heard from anyone. Has anyone else had any problem like this?
