I have been reading everything on here about this company. I am afraid to stop sending them payments. I don't want to go to jail. I have 2 small children to take care of and I'm honestly trying to repay my debt. I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appericated.

I just posted a message about Ellis & Crosby and I'm so scared that I will get into trouble over these payday loans. I just read that they have been suspended. Do I still need to send them money on the payday loans? They really have me scared to stop paying them, but I could use the money on the other loans. thanks

I have a question about removing an item from my credit report. I do not know if this is possible, but I want to know if there is a way to remove an old collection from my report. It was for 125 dollars in 1999. I was 18 and it was a medical / emergency room invoice. I was still in highschool and my father was in charge of paying for it, but since I was 18, the bill went in my name. He never told me that it went to a collection agency or anything. And now it is still showing on my credit six yeard later.

I am a victim of fraud. I am 21 years old and was scammed out of 7000 dollars. The bank is holding me responsible for the money since the scammers could not be located. I recieved a summons in the mail and they are suing me for the full amount now. I am a college student i make a bout 12000 a year and last 3000 goes to car payments to a car that just died on me. 3000 goes to car insurance, 3000 goes to my family helping them and charities, and the rest of the money to rent and food and necessary things. I dont know where im going to get 7k to pay them off. Any suggestions would be great.

I e mailed one of the CA I deal with as my balance has been going up. They told me I had to pay at least $ 280.00/month to freeze the interest. I cannot afford that much. What can I do?
