Hello, I have several payday loans and I live in texas. The amounts are $500, $500, $1250, $425, $800. They are currenlty all in current status but I have cannot continue to pay them and have money left over for living expenses. Please tell me if there is a way to get out of this. Even if you can suggest a good debt settlement company. Thank you!

This amount showed up on my credit report, never received anything until then, now they are trying to collect. I do not owe this. Never have and never will. How do I get rid of this on my record? how do I find out who it is supposely trying to get settlement?

i got a call that i am going to be taken to court because i did not pay a cashnet loan. I had had to close an account because no matter how much i paid they kept taking out money. Now , i got a call 2 months ago and was threatened by capital solutions that i was going to court. I paid 439.00 and now it is happening all over again by another company. what do i do???

I apparently have an open account with your company that originated from NYSEG. I am disputing this account as I was a renter at the time of the origination and could not possibly have incurred as high a balance since my service would CERTAINLY have been shut off long before I could have ever reached that amount.

I have a Check N Go installment loan that I have been paying on forever. The payments are very high and I got behind. I was two payments behind. I tried to talk to the store manager but she basically screamed at me to get it paid and hung up. I made a partial payment toward the two payments but she said it was not enough. I am new to this site but have read a little on here about Check N Go installment loans but am still very confused. When you make a payment on your installment loan, each time you make out a new check for the balance due and it is dated for a future date.

I have several open accounts with WFNNB, I make payments on time, but recently I noticed that I got debit twice on two different accounts this was because of deferred billing. Tried speaking with customer service via telephone but I got bounced from one phone number to the next phone number, no one could help me in fact according to their system only one account got billed!! I tried sending an email to these two Accounts, emails would not go thru, so what do I do now? get in touch with the BBB? or what?

I got a PDL with Cash Call (Western Sky is who I contacted but was told Cash Call managed the account) and paid 896.82 to the loan that was a principal of 2525.00 then I found out from this site that they where not legaly elidgable to issue loans in my state, (Virginia). I sent them the letter from this site explaining that I know knew the loan was not legal and I wanted to make arrangments to pay pack the principal.
