Can Ellis Crosby charge a person with Collateral Fraud??? What *IS* Collateral fraud??? I had a couple pay day loans, my bank closed my account because of that and no one contacted me from the companies that Ellis Crosby is representing to talk to me about payment arrangements!! Can they legally do anything??? :evil:

how do i get a loan to pay off my dept

I have had about 8 accounts that have gone from 30 days delinquent to a charge off. Two of those accounts have been paid in full and have been reported. Since then, my credit score has gone from 520 to 549. I no longer have any open accounts and would like to open one to help in rebuilding my credit. What kind of credit would be best to apply for: department store, a credit card, a secured card, or what? I am continuing to make all efforts in paying all of my older accounts off. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i received a payday loan in october. I was making small payment due to fact that I was working a job that was only temporary for the time being. So I ended up being unemployed and was not able to make those small payments because I was getting unemployment enough to pay rent,electric,and sometimes car note. So I thought the collection agency satisfied the debt owe because I never received no calls nor letters about the outstanding debt until last month in june 2005 a collector called me stating how much i owe and need to take care of the debt asap, and if i do not my wages will be garnished.

Well my lowest interest rate is 12% and my highest is about 23%. In the past few months I was late on my payments because I'm living paycheck to paycheck. And I looked at my statements and realized that my apr started rising. There's about 7500 on my 12% card, 9800 on my 17% card, and 3000 on my 23% card. I want to consolidate and make my life easier with one easy payment.
