They've been calling me too religiously everyday except for Sundays.I finally answered my phone and they are a collection agency for Sallie Mae. Although i do owe Sallie mae money and I fell behind a couple of month and the WCC people were actually much nicer than Sallie Mae! According to the guy I spoke to since I set up a forbearance they will no longer stalk me ten times a days unless I miss a payment.

Hi. My question is about old debt. I have some outstanding debt (that would be my husband and I) that we have neglected for some time. We didn't forget it totally, but just have not been able to pay them for focusing on our major debt, such as mortgage and car payments, etc. The secured debts. My question is, is there consolidation options for those of us who have not made regular payments? There may be a chance that we may come into some money, and our primary goal would be to pay this old debt off to get the monkey off our back so to speak.
