Is there a minimum amount to be considered?

I was contacted by United Christian Financial through your site and they wanted over $4,000 up front and would not pay any creditors for several months. What is up with that?

I have been pretty careless with my Credit Card. I ended up maxing it out in 6 months. Luckily, my credit line was only 1500 but still 1500 is alot of money to pay back. I am a young man, only 20, and I don't want my stupid mistakes at this young age to haunt me for the rest of my life. What can I do to get my Credit back on track? Who can I talk to? Who can I turn to.
