Hello, I see there are several complants about this particular collection agency. May I tell you about my experience?? Back in the early 1980's, my wife and I purchased a double-wide mobile home. In the latter half of 1988 we were forced to sell the property because of a job transfer to another state. The property was not actually sold until early 1989, and I had to take out a personal loan in the amount of $4000 to $4500, to make up the difference for what the property sold for and what the loan balance was.

I am on this site and I noticed something on the header to the left. The part where it says affliate program then under that it says your account$100.00, under that it says control panel. The question is what is that about the control panel and the "your account $100.00"

I've made several phone calls to the agent I was working with in regards to my debt consolidation and have yet to hear back from her. One of my accounts keeps telling me that they have yet to receive a payment from me when the amount due was already taken out of my checking account last month? What's the deal? Is this a scam? Am I out $300?? I'm at a loss for words and really skeptical right now, especially since they keep calling and telling me they have yet to receive payments. Someone PLEASE get back to me on this. Thanks.

This company is okay most if the time. They have worked with me to pay off my credit card and they are sometimes understandable. It really depends on who you talk to that day on the phone. There were a couple of time that when I spoke with someone to make arrangements to pay off the debt, they called me a liar and that I needed to make the payment in full.
