There is currently a situation that is causing my mother to be very worried, anxious, and stressed. Around January 2000, my mother, younger brother, and I joined a fitness center called Jack Lalanne (currently known as Bally's). So I got transumion, Exqifax,and Experian to to put the account in dispute which is good. So the next Month I look and AAC put a new collections record on my credit report under a diffrent company name and chnage the ammount by $1 and now there is a new open date for 2005. So now I have to collections for the same debt even though the orignal debt was made in 1994 and was claimed in BK in 1996. They are relentless. The FCRA does not protect anyone from this trick.
