I have been payning sigma 89.00 every two weeks for about 5 months and gentle breeze 69.00 every two weeks for about the same time. I finally just stopped payment on them both and closed the account as we did move to another town and opened up one there. Next move emails to them?

Citi ~11000 Account closed at credit grantors’s request Chase ~14000 Account closed at credit grantor’s request BofA ~23000 Account closed at customer request Debt is mainly from a failed business venture. My debt was initially 70000 but after negotiating with credit card companies I was able to enter into 60 month 0% interest payment plan with all credit cards, I have paid ~1200 every month for the past year and half.

I have used both of these lenders before and I currently have another outstanding balance with them. 300 each. If I don't make full payment of 390, loan gets refinanced at $90. Every pay period. If I'm correct I have read on forum that if illegal, one can request overpayments. About 2 months ago I was able to pay off loans. I incurred $90 on each loan and paid 390 on each loan following pay period.
