My parents just called me and told me that someone by the name of Alex Miller called and advised them that there are charges against me and that I will be served with papers. He would not give them any addtional informaiton. When my dad asked where he was calling from he said home. The number he gave my dad was 877-160023 which is not enough numbers. I have not received any calls at home, work or on my cell phone. Has anyone received a similar call from this guy.

So I got a card in the mail today saying that Zest Cash is now SpotLoans. I am considering working with a debt consolidation company, so I went to gather the address. Turns out that instead of being independently owned and legal, now it is Native American owned. Am I responsible for the principle? Should I even bother to list this on debt consolidation or should I fight it, since they pretty much sold all loans to spotloans and became ZestFinance.com, to help lenders locate creditworthy consumers. http://www.spotloan.com/ Any advice would help.

My husband passed away on the 14th june after prolonged illness almost 2 months in icu. Credit card companies are calling me asking about the payments which i have no clue. What are the PDL law's in North Carolina? I have set up payment arrangement's based on principal with one but have 3 to deal with. Hydra Fund III won't do anything for me and they say they are based out of New Zealand, I also revoked all debits made from my bank acct from them. Discount Advances I haven't dealt with yet and they say they come from Canada but they go through some place in Las Vegas called Credit Protection Depot. Also have Integrity Pay Day Loans and they plan to make a debit on Friday which I need to speak to them before.

I recently have gotten 3 payday loans and need to find a way to stop all the interest, Are there any legitimate payday relief companies that can really help me.

I had around 9k in credit card debt with Bank of America, got in over my head, they told me I qualified for something called a Hardship Program with FIA Card Services. I had paid it down to less than $3000 and I lost my job, lost my apartment, I live in a car and catch work when I can. I have not been able to make a payment since April 2012. I got a collection letter in the mail from some psycho collection company saying I now owe roughly $3500. Can someone advise me how I might go about getting FIA to settle with me ?

Have student loans that are huge. trying to get a direct consolidation loan, but am ineligeble due to wage garnishment. DCS has been ridiculously unhelpful. Go figure. I am currently unemployed. Do I have any recourse with getting wage garnishment lifted and if I do loan rehab, what is considered a fair payment
