Eastside Lenders-- Overpaid

Hello.....I recently paid off a loan with them. I originally got a 500.00 loan in July 2011. I paid them 2,750.00. Even though it's paid off, can I still request a refund. I overpaid them by alot. Also is there a certain letter that I need to use? I live in Tennessee. Thanks in advance.

Admin Recovery, LLC

Hey Guys, I had a charged off account from Rooms to Go in 2011 and the account was sold to an Admin Recovery, LLC. Admin is now on my credit report, but I just received a call from another collection agency, Velocity Investments, who now claim they have my account (I've already DV'd them). What can I do about Admin Recovery, since they are no longer holders of this account, so it seems? FYI...it's still within SOL. I DV'd Admin Recovery and all they sent back was a statement from Rooms to Go.

What's the best plan for my family?

I run a small photography business. Business was steady enough for the past 5 years, but now it has tanked. I grew up with severe medical issues, was once on full disability for it. The Govt found the problem, fixed it and said go work and be productful. So I did... along the way I picked up a wife, 2 kids and 40,000 in student loans and no degree. Together my wife and I owe about 15-20,000 in CC debt over the 10 years of marriage. I use the term lightly, because she is wanting a divorce and thinks that will fix all of her issues in life. Sadly this is never true. So back to debt....

Trying to help my parents...not sure where to start

My parents live in CA. A few years ago they both lost their jobs. They have since both got part time jobs and are now both getting social security. They are just barely making the mortgage now, and have been trying to get lower payments for two years now. B of A keeps sending Fed Ex packages with the same paperwork, and inviting them to these big open meetings where they are supposed to be helped. Nothing ever comes of any of it.

Ezpaydaycash

Hi, I live in Indiana and have a loan that I have overpaid with EZPAYDAYCASH. I have read everything on this forum (fantastic information btw) and had a quick question in regards to my state laws. I saw this "disclaimer" on www.ezpaydaycash.com and I am not sure what it means. Can someone explain?
