With that being said when you applied for and agreed to the terms of the loan, it would have behooved you to read the complete contract you agreed to with Vandelier Group. You are a citizen of California, however the contract was not made in California. The contract was completed via the world wide web, the governing law (clearly outlined in your contract) which you agreed to by your legal e-signature are the laws of the jurisdiction in which the lender is located.

I just got a deposit in my account from St. Armands. I was not expecting it. I had applied for a PDL online and got one from some people who called and verified my employment and bank in a three way call. I did NOT speak to or apply for a loan from St. Armands. I got their name and phone # from my bank. I have no idea what they are going to try and charge me and frankly I'm confused as to how they can do this without ANY verification or acceptance from me. I have called repeatedly only to be on hold then offered to leave my info to be called back. I have not touched those funds.

This company has been harrassing me since 3/28/2012. I received a email stating that I had been approved for a loan and to call to complete the application. I immediately emailed them that I did not apply for a loan and pending transaction was not authorized. The next day, I get another email stating they received my e-signature and that my account will be funded. I was out of town, and did not have access to a computer so, I definitely did not sign anything.

I currently have a registration loan At Allied Cash in Prescott Valley, AZ. I have fallen behind on my payments due to a severe illness. I have had several loans with this company when we were allowed payday loans, and have never defaulted. I have been in contact with them to see if I can make partial payments tword my monthly amount, but they say that's not allowed, now I'm told by them I'm going to lose my car. It's my only vehicle, it gets me to the emergency room, my doc appts, and my kids to school.

I have about 33,000 in credit card debt that I cannot pay. I have not made a payment in over a year. They are calling me constantly and recently I got a summons from Capital One. I owe them about 4,000. I am on unemployment, but am thinking about a debt consolidation. Can you recommend a reputable company? Thank you.

Hi I am from PA and had just realized payday loans are illegal in my state so I stopped all ach debits the one company called american web loan called today and said I must follow their state laws and they were turning my acct over to a third party for collections since I refuse to pay can they do that . And must I pay I borrowed 700 and paid 3 payments of 210 each . Please Help

I defaulted on a credit card that i got 6/2008, credit limit was $300,and now showing over $1000 owed, and it was charged off 7/6/2007. According to SOL, am I liable for this debt? It has now been bought bu LVNV and Im not sure. It is now showing up on my credit report. What, if anything, can I do about this?
