:oops:I have 4 payday loans. How can I consolidate them all? I have no collateral

Hey guys, I wanted to write a post here to let people know about this program that is out there to help people with their loan situations. The federal government has a consolidation program that allows federal loans to be consolidated, which can do many things for borrowers. One, if you are in good standing and are paying a high amount, it can lower your payments based on your income rather than what you owe. If you are in default, it will take your loan out of default and transfer them from the collection agency holding the loan to the Department of Education.

I received this email and got very concerned. They have been deducting funds from my bank account for the past 6 months. And now I can not get a hold of them. I have paid on time. Please someone tell me if this information is real and can they really sue you. they said they would take me to court and it would cost me over $4000. I have the bank statements to back up the claims. So really, can they sue me? And if so, for what, making payments on time. OR do I ignore this and think that this information is just a scam email. I had a judgement and garnishment that just expired. Can they renew the judgement? Is there a time limit? I thought it needed to be filed before it expired? I am in NV

This is what I currently have out: In store Loan Machine $3500, paid $1028.60 owe @ $4000 Payday One $1000, paid $103.94 owe @ $963.86 Payday One $500, paid $163.42 owe $476.81 Mobile Loans $500, paid $333, owe @ $400 (currently locked out of account) Checkcity $500, paid $97.25, owe $543.64 I am willing to close my account but I want to explore other options first as I have had my account for a long time.

I just received my packet from DCS. I have already made the 3% down-payment requested and am in the process of reading all previously discussed agreements for repayment. I have a question. They want me to agree to 18.5% capitalization by the lender of the outstanding principal and interest balance apon rehabilitation. Is this ok...legal? They are implying that this is applied due to collection costs.
