Hi, I was just sent a summons in the mail from Como Law in MN they are so rude to say the least! I wanted to work with them but what I could afford to give them was not to there liking. I was recently divored with out a job and could not even pay for groceries. This was in 2009 they sent a so called summons too that I never answered. I don't know if I should respond or let it go. I thought you had to have it delievered to your door my the sherrifs office to be real Pleas let me know your thoughts I have to sent it today if it is real Thanks

I live in NC and took out 2 payday loans last year in March.I am receiving calls that they are gonna have me served with criminal charges for these loans.I dont know what to do will somebody please give me some info on this.I am also suppose to be talking to an attorney "when they call me".They have even went as far as to tell me the name of the sheriff and the courthouse's address in the county where I live.They have called my husband at work and harrassed him also.They said I will be served with these papers if I dont pay these loans back..

I am hoping someone can help me with an address or email address for these poeple. They keep calling me from 414-431-4671 and 888-878-5206. They have given me two differant co names and I found a third associated with the 888 number: Goldberg Maxwell LLC, Morgan Jackson, and ACS. I have found a bunch of complaints at various spots on the web, but no contact info.

Does anyone know who they are. Capital Solution out of Phoenix AZ claims they are about to serve me etc. Two claims against me its from a pay day loan I had in 2009. I cant find them anywhere. Phone number is 877 348 7389. When I call they claim they are the legal dept. I live in MD. Thanks!

Hello, Below is information on 2 loans that I have open in NC and I would like some assistance on creating e-mails to send to these 2 companies to get them off of my back. I will give the name of the lenders and all loan and re-loan information. I am guessing that if I have been paying these companies fees all along, that should go toward my principal amounts due to payday loans being illegal in NC.
