I have gotten myself into some major trouble with payday loans, which seems to be a common refrain on these forums. I make a decent amount of money in my professional work, but even with my good income, I am finding that I can no longer keep up with these restrictive payment terms. It seems like I only have money right now to pay these loans and my bills leaving me with no money for food, gas, entertainment, etc. I feel like I am stuck in this debt trap and there is no way out. I believe that CK Marketing is illegal from everything I've read here. I sent them an ACH revocation approximately 2 months ago. (Actually there were 3-CK Marketing, OneClickCash, and Ameriloan.) CK Marketing is the only one that calls me 2-3 times a day as well as my employer.

I had a payday loan through National Payday loan and after a lot of helpful info on this site I sent them the letter that stated in the state of MN their loan is not legal here and internet lending sites are still bound by MN laws. They sent the file to TPS Recoveries and the man that called me from there is very rude. They have been calling my work at least once a day for about the last month, this morning I called it back again and he was once again very rude.

I made some online payday loans in 2006 about 2 weeks after I lost my job. The situation is this I am now working and they contacted me and I started payning them off. In May I was told that I could do a final payoff of $500.00..I called the to make arrangements and someone else told me $250.00. When I started to go with that and called the office ANOTHER representative told me it would be $450.00 At that point I closed my account and quit paying because I felt it was a scam. They will not send me any paperwork regarding the loan.
