How can I find out if Loan Shop is licensed in the state of South Carolina?

I am in Tennessee. I closed my bank account, sent the letter from this site (have VASTLY overpaid), and have heard NOTHING. What have your experiences been like with them? My first "missed" payments to them will be this Friday, so nothing has been returned to them yet. The only thing they have heard about is directly from me. I know it's wishful thinking to think they'd be cooperative. I did, however, have great success with Cash Jar. I sent the email, received a reply stating they were marking my account paid in full. Quick question here... I'm in the process of getting out of this PDL mess and I'm to the point where I need to fax my HR person a letter revoking wage garnishment and assignment. I told the HR person about my situation and she said she completely understands and just needs something to put in my file. Fast forward to question, I have 3 PDLs total. Do I need to send her a notice for each of the PDLs or can I send her one listing all 3 with account numbers and dates I signed the original wage assignment? Thank you in advance for your help!

I have had someone calling me from gc services threatening me about a student loan. I informed the individual that I have lost my job my home and have been attempting to find ways to pay something towards the debt. I informe this Chris person that I am now working and would like to set up a payment plan of $200.00 monthly. I also encouraged him to review my past payment history as I was paying for over 5 years without fault until I had financial problems due to job lost and home foreclosure.

I took out a payday loan with Eastside Lenders in 2009 for $500.00. I paid back a total of $985.00 and then closed my account, send the c&d letter, and contacted the BBB. I since then have gotten a couple of calls from them but basically told them that I had paid in full and if anything they owe me 485.00.. Well today I am at work and I get a call from a gentleman who says he is from Detroit Michigan and will be in my area tomorrow to serve me with papers unless I call Pierce and Associates to take care of this matter at 1.888.466.4383. I do not have any idea who he is or who he is with.

Does anyone have this Allied Interstate's physical address? Where do they call from? They sound like illegal immigrants abusing loopholes in the system to steal money. Denver and texas have another one like them called Linebarger. It's becoming a plague. We the people should have their full names and addresses.
