I keep getting phone calls and letters from National Credit Adjusters. They claim I owe $1253.75 because they purchased my account from peppercash.com. I borrowed $800 on 12/31/11 and had 5 ACH withdrawals totaling $850 before I emailed them the ACH revocation letter I found on your website. How do I handle NCA? Do I send them the same thing I sent to peppercash? Can they actually report this on my credit report? Thanks!

Ok so I had a 400.00 loan with pay day yes, illegal state of nj. I have spent the last few months arguing with them about their illegal status and have kept receiving their special executive offer for settlements. Today I receive a phone call from a mrs wainwright from total recovery solutions who had now received my file from pay day yes. I told her I owe nothing and to send me something in writing she said something was sent June 18 and I should be receiving shortly. What go I need to do???? Who are these people?? She got loud with me but didn't threaten me, but I got loud with her.

i had a credit card thru bank of nevada and in 2008 i thought i made a final payment to this company and wrote final payment on check. i no longer have the check and cannot obtain it from the bank any longer. they are now trying to garnish my wages. they tell me it was interest or something. granted i did not respond to a summons but honestly feel this debt was paid. any help you could give me would be appreciated. thank you.

I have been reading all morning and my question is i took out a personal installment loan from Check N Go for $3000 at an APR of 324.10% and 16 bi weekly payments of $463.51. Is this APR legal in the state of Ohio? IS there anything i can do? I have not defaulted yet but i go a new checking account and concidering stopping payments HELP

Hello, I was just wanting to know if this Kingston Financial also goes by Sigma Solutions because I applied for a loan through them and I'm reading on them and I'm just now finding out that they also go by Kingston Financial? Are they scammers because I just recently gave them my information and it seemed odd to me that they called my bank and asked more questions than any other lender. Now I am freaking out about this.

So i got a loan from a company.....i got laid off and was informed my insurance covered it.....that was December 2011 i believe.....i received a call yesturday from mr hazel saying i could be sued for 5000 and accounts frozen and blah blah blah......
