I got a payday loan back on 11/18/2011 from AAFA of Colorado d/b/a Firsta American Cash Advance in Colorado Springs CO 80911. I got a loan for $500.00 with finance charge of 292.54= total payment $792.54. I was making payments for two months but due to my disability I was unable to go in a make my monthly agreement payments so I had just told the clerk via phone call to deposit my last check of 510.45 which would of been my balance. The check was deposit in my account on 2/21/2012.

Hi, I'm new here and need help. I have been reding the posts on this forum and following the advice I see others giving. I currently have 9 payday loans- all illegal online loans, I've researched. I have written emails to them telling them I will only pay the principle and revoke all ACH authorizations, etc. I used the letter from this sight as my basis. I closed my bank account so no more money is being taken out. I am willing to pay them the principle if they allow me to. Three of the companies ( Hydra Financial, United Cash Loans, and Ameriloan) I cant even get a hold of.

I have 2 payday loans out one with Anasazi LLC and another one with Gateway they are 300.00 dollars each, I have had them out since Feb and now its June, I pay 90.00 dollars for each loan, and nothing is going towards the principal to pay it down, i am in Illinois. My APR is 730%, I can't keep making these payments. What should I do, Please help.

I applied for a payday loan through Horizon Opportunities, LLC. Their contact information is not working and I can't get a call back. They have my account number and sent me a contract and not for the amount they told me I was approved for. I'm not sure who to contact and how to make sure they aren't going to debit my account for a loan they never gave me. Can someone please tell me what to do?

Can you be taken to court for unpaid online pay day loans?? I live in TN.

This Company has constantly blown up my phone and claiming I have an account with them. I have never dealt with this business nor after the harrassment will I. I intend to file a Lawsuit with several complaintees if it continues to happen.

Unfortunately I have gotten caught up in the payday loan mess like many others. At one time I think I had over 10.

I am a 50 yr old woman who's husband had brain surgery and is now on Social security disability. We do not own a home and have 27,000 in debt. He lost his insurance after 6 months away from his job. This was a little over a year ago. In order to keep his present insurance which is Family health plus through NYS we cannot make any more than 200.00 per month over his disability check. We are currently 300.00 short a month in paying our bills. How can I pay the debt with out increasing my income? If I go to work it will cancel his insurance and he will not be able to survive with out treatment.

Hello Forum, I was happy to get a paid in full email from Magnum at 8:54 am this morning, but then at 12:25 pm, they sent me this email: This letter is notice that the above loan is now in default. This default has occurred as the result of the closure of your account at xxxxxx BANK. Your non-payment is a violation of the Consumer Loan Agreement and Promissory Note which you signed. Your account is being forwarded to a national collection agency.
