If it has been 10 to 11 years what happen to the judgement can they still collect on it or does it come off your credit report

I took out a payday loan. When the check was due, I was unable to pay it and the company would not just take the Fee portion and renew the check. so it defaulted and the check was sent to run through my account, which bounced and overdrew my account. I got a letter notifying me of the debt due,after getting the account back to a 0 balance. I called and stop payment on the check so it wouldnt run through again overdrawing it again. When I spoke with the company i informed them I had done so.

I took out a loan from them for like $200 and I have never had the extra $ to pay them off and looking at how long I have payed the interest I have more than paid triple the amt of the loan, is there a way to settle and not have to pay more, what can i do?

I live in Texas, the loan was taken out over the internet with Cash Net, whose website says they can assist in the State of Texas with an "affliated short term lender, two years ago. Due to medical circumstances I was unable to repay the loan. I now have a collection agency calling saying they are calling on behalf the US Attorney Generals Office and they will settle for a little over 1100.00 but payment has to be made today, of course, or they are going to turn it over to the county for depository check fraud. Lie #1 was telling me he was calling on behalf of the ATG's office.

Is CPD licensed to collect in the state of Louisiana? If not what can I do to stop them from calling me?

Machol & Johannes is trying to sue me AGAIN! The first time they lost and the case was dismissed with predjudice based on insufficient documentation. Now they are trying again for a different account. They sent a statement as verification that shows a mailing address to Phoenix, AZ. I have NEVER lived in Arizona. Not only did they do this, but the account number on the statement didn't even match the account number on the summons and complaint!

I have too many payday loans and cant get out of the cylce, I was wonder if anyone knows if american web loan and 7day advances are legal payday lenders in the state of Ohio. I have more loans but most are I pay on them and some goes to interest and some to principal so I assume thay are legal? I couldn't find much on a search for Ohio laws . Can anyone help me Thanks

Here is who I've advanced from: MyNextPaycheck Check N Go Americash United Cash Loans US Fast Cash Emerald Marketing (I don't think they are the original lender) Cashbak Payday Island Pepper Cash All $300. Some lenders I'm dealing with directly, paying the refinance fee, and others are in collections and I'm paying more than the principle with payment arrangements. I've had calls from collection agencies stating they are calling from law firms and are about to turn it into the court.
