I do not know who you are or what I owe

I am in Nevada. I took out a $600 installment loan with plain green loans. Since then I realized that I am in over my head with payday loans and cannot make the payment. I am on Social Security disability and believe they cannot sue me for the plain green loans or the payday loans. I started the payday loan cycle when I lost my rent and food money while walking. I took a loan and took another loan to help cover that one. I paid on several loans and then reloaned for a while before getting the plain green loans.

Received a call from a mediator for the state of Texas employed by CRS and Associates debt collection company. He called my husband's father and told him that they were filing a levy against my husband for a debt owed on a vehicle and said he needed his address and phone number to send a constable to serve him. I'm not certain what other information about the debt was disclosed to his father. We called the number and the man introduced himself as Paul Sorentino with CRS and Associates.

I am wanting to get away from pay day loans & need help....

I got a call from the National Check Recovery Services threating me with a scheduled court date so I called and I was willing to make arrangements to pay and they started taking the payments on the agreed date the second day of the first of the month and the second day on the middle of the month and they wait a few days later then that and there are no funds available because I have other payments that are being made and now they called me and said they were going to re-issue the court papers and bring it to my home or work. What should I do?

I very stupidly paid them over the phone and they still won't leave me alone. I've tried the numbers, yet no will pick up. What do I do?
