I have had 5 credit cards closed within the last six months and defaulted on a student loan....how do I approach the company about paying off debts....how will affect my score

what can i do about this . They called me about payments that ive been making i send a money for two accounts and they r telling me that they are not getting paid but the money orders have both accounts on it and the least amount has to be paid if its only going to one account. So then they wont answer the question to where my mony is.:confused::confused::mad::mad:

I want to consolidate credit and card debt. There are many companies that offer this service online but they require filling out forms with your personal and credit information. That is okay, but if you want to shop around for the best rates, how do you get around having to fill out forms and have your credit run by each of the companies you apply?

Is EZPAYDAYCaSh legal in Indiana? Also, I recently paid off a loan with them and mistakenly used my NEW checking account info. I have some past due pdl's that I am getting ready to send letters to (because I know thu are illegal). Can they get my checking info from EZPAYDAYCaSh cash? I spoke with a manager there and she swears that they do not sell or share info because they are a professional company that values their customer base. Is this just a flat out lie? Just trying to figure out if I need to redo my checking account....again! Thanks all

So i work for a canadian collection agency that collects in u.s and canada and i have heard that sum of are acts are illegal. what do i look for and what do i do once i get it ?
