I am from missouri and want to know if this is an illegal lender?

I currently have 5 payday loans out. They are all online and all are current. They keep taking money out every time I get paid so I need to take more out to stay out of the red. I am not sure what the real names are but these are what show up in my checking account Ameriloan - $400 Hydrafund - $200 1st Amer Crs - $250 Pdlnow.com - $200 massstreetgroup - $250 I also have one through zip19 but it is paid in full every pay check. I have paid masstreetgroup 120.00 so far. I have paid pdlnow.com 158.00 so far. The others I have not paid yet because I got them to pay for the other 2.

is there any way to get out of a payday loan? I'm having trouble paying it back and they are deducting my check every other week.

I too have been recieving calls from this company from a guy called Richard Hazel , he told me if I do not come up with the money by 11 tomorrow I will be charged with Civil Fraud of a Contract and go to jail.

I've close my bank account and I have loans that te past due. I am now reading this forum and har not went letters for ACH revoke. Do I still need to do that since I closed te account?

What can I do to stop Allied Interstate from harassment?

I have been a customer at Express Consumer Loans for about 4 yrs . When I first became a customer they did the paper check thing and then issued a money order which I had to cash there . They changed over to the Insight card about 3 yrs ago . I never got a contract in the entire time I have been a customer . I tried calling them Fri to make payment arrangements because it was due the 4th and I knew the money wouldnt be there for them to take .

I live in PA, and have PDL's from Loanshop online, Greenlight Global, and Western Sky/Cash Call. The loan shop online one I have an overpayment of $660, Ive sent a couple emails about it however they will not get back to me. Is there anything I can do about that? Greenlight global loan is for $300, Ive paid 90 so far, and Ive been emailing back an forth sparing with someone from there today, who seems intent on holding me to the full amount, rather than the principal. I told him I will not send a dime unless we agree on principal only.

Ive contacted medicredit by phone # 314-837-2200. they have no imformation in there system on me, but they are on my credit report for an unpaid helicopter ride after my motorcycle accident in 2007. I really need to get this settled and off my credit report. I'm not sure what to do or who to contact to take care of this.

I'm in CA. I did a check n go installment loan. I am unable to re-pay the loan and I spoke to someone there to make a payment arrangement but they said they couldn't help me. That I could not mail in my payments, that I had to give them my checking account number (my acct number is closed due to fraud). I asked if they were licensed in Californa and he said yes. Are they licesensed in California?
