I've been paying my cc for the past 4 years online after closing the account on my request. My credit rating is above 800 and today I went to pay my monthly agreement and my account is gone. I've just been informed they sold my account to First National Bank of Omaha and now my frozen percentage rate may go up. Also, nothing was forwarded to me as to this transaction.

Here is the email I got: CASE FILE#:V852369 LOAN INFORMATION DUE AMOUNT-$998.21 LOAN COMPANY- ACS INC. You are going to be legally prosecuted in the Court House within couple of days.

Reposting because somehow I was logged out - Good morning all, I just checked my email this morning to find an email from ACS Legal Group on the behalf if CashNetUSA demanding a payment of $690.00 in the next two business days or they will be forced to take legal action against me. I've been getting the usual slew of calls from many different area codes regarding the whole check fraud deal, but I've let them go straight to voicemail. To my knowledge, I have never had a CashNetUSA loan nor a loan from any other company listed on their website.

I have been receiving calls from AAG. They told me they bought my debt, yet they will not tell me what it is with out a social security number. Their fake private courier service keeps threatening to show up at my work or home so I can sign for documents they need to deliver to me. I have not received anything in the mail from them. What is the best way to deal with this?

Hi, I am also new to this forum and I have had a brief look and think this is a very useful resourse. I have been contemplating on the idea of taking a payday loan for some time recently. I have sent out all of my revacation letter, to the lenders I could find information for. And closed my bank account. I was just wondering what to expect next. I have only recieved two responses on telling me they were legal even thou I know they are not and one making payment arrangements for the remaining balance. Can anyone tell me what to expect next? Also, anybody have any idea if they ever give refunds of unpaid amounts. Thanks for all the help. It feels good to actually get to see my paycheck.
