Hello, I had registered for graduate classes at a State University. I had applied for and obtained federal loans that would cover the entirety of my tuition (6 credit hours). I had to drop one of classes (before the drop date where you owe them) because I needed to pick up a full time job to support myself through the time I was going to be in school. I called the university and asked them specifically if by dropping that class (and thereby dropping below FULL TIME) if my loan was going to be taken away.

I paid the amount stated for me to avoid judgement, the supervisor who I spoke told me to pay the said amount and they would close the case, I received in the mail a letter of judgement placed though to the court, so after I paid they still proceeded to do this and I don???t understand why and moreso what can I do about this?

If I have a lot of ACH withdrawals from my bank each month can I put certain ones on hold or would the whole account have to be put on ACH hold? Asking because I have regular monthly living expenses that come out of the account electronically that I wouldn't want to mess up. Also if I don't have account numbers for the ones I want held, then could I use the trace numbers for them from my bank statements? Thanks in advance

My account had a numerous amount of charges on it that were inaccurate. So I paid off an $8,000.00 overnight when they refused to help and applied for a BOA Card. They didn't approve it and they closed my account with a zero balance and an account that was never late and in excellent standing for many years. Why in God's name would someone do that with an excellent credit rating?? That's just RUDE!!!!!

Hello all. Quick question. Here's the scenario: after I moved into my rental house, a pest control company left a flyer on my door. I call them and subsequently hire them for $35/month or $60/for 2 months. No contracts, no written agreements. I just call them when I need them. So after about 6 months, my lease is expiring and I'm moving out. I call and cancel my service, no problems. A month or so later, I get a bill for service they say they performed after I called to cancel. There was no proof the guy came to the house to do anything, so I didn't pay it.
