I'm trying to report my card stolen. But I don't have any of my information. What do I do?:(

I have a thread posted called 'Harvest Credit Management is screwed'. Could it please be deleted because my attorney has asked me to delete any reference to my pending case on message boards, facebook, etc.

Before I send out all my C&D letters and close my bank account, I have 4 online pdl's that I have receieved the loans for but they have not yet taken out even the first payment on each. I found out they are illegal anyway, but even so I won't be able to cover them (since I have 7 more at the same time!) Can I still close my account or should I wait and just let the stupid things default? Can I expect serious ramifications from this?

I never took out a loan from Sand Point Capital, but $300.00 was deposited into my bank account. I applied with another company I never filled out an application with them. What do I do?:confused:

I have a cash express loan of which ive had for way over a year and always paid off with interest. As of the end of May my checking account that this ck was written on was closed due to fraud of someone getting ahold of my debit information and was making charges on my account. I also found myself just not having the money to pay this back even with this happening. It was due on June 1st 2012 and i just dont have it. What can i do? im afraid they will start calling my family (references) and my husbands job. I am literally sick to my stomach.

I live in Minnesota. My bank account was recently garnished from a Target Visa that was from over 4 years ago and is a judgment on my credit. The only thing I got from them was paper to fill out and talked about them garnishing wages. I was never summoned to court. Just got the paper about a week ago. I don't have a job. What do I do or what can I do? They took my child support money and left me with nothing in my account.

I have an internet payday loan with cash direct express. I live in Indiana. They have rolled over my loan 5 times taking 110.00 every other week. Last week when I found this forum I closed my bank acct and didn't pay them anything more. Now they are saying I'm in default and I have a place called Alliance Assets Management calling me several times a day. This place is located in Illinois the address says. The payday loan is out of Delaware. My state only allows 3 rollovers. So if I have payed 110.00 five times already that means I'm done paying if this place is illegal in my state.

I continue to get phone calls from this agency on my answering machine.I have tried to call the 1-800 number they have given in the message to remove my number from their system as there is nobody here by the name they are trying to track down.They just don't get it and continue to harrass me with these irratating messages that are on my machine.It says in the message that," if you don't hang up that confirms that this is the person they are trying to reach." Obviously my answering machine will continue to stay on the line with them until they hang up.I have enough stress in my life of my own,

[COLOR=black]I'm pretty sure that both of these lenders are illegal to lend in Wisconsin, but I just wanted to make sure I'm under the correct assumption before I send them letters, as I know PDL laws in Wisconsin are a bit tricky. They are both tribal, so I'm guessing that means they are pretty much not legal to lend anywhere.
