I need a phone number where a eral person answers for ge capital retail bank in orlando. I have been calling for 2 weeks and always get recorded messages with no operator assistance and then the call ends. I'm having problems making my payments now. Could someone please get me a live person so I can talk to them Thanks

I know a cso is a credit service organization, collects information and submits to another company for a loan. I also know they are supposed to be registered with the secretary of state. They do not have to follow payday loan laws and aren't regulated. After research and asking I was told that PayDayOne is a cso. If so, they are not registered in Louisiana according to the database. Their paperwork--loan agreement and federal truth-in-lending disclosure says PayDayOneof Delaware, LLC dba PayDayOne. They are registered in Delaware under PayDayOne as a payday loan lender.

I got a call from blue ridge today about two loans i currently have out online and wanted to know more about them before i give another company more money, that i dont have. Can anybody help me? Am I able to trust this company??

Is the Anaszi Group/CWB Web Services licensed to loan to people that live in the state of Maine? I just did a search online and was unable to find the answer to this. If someone could let me know, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks! Also, does anyone know what state they are based out of?

I have never received a loan and I am continuing to receive calls from a company called PF Solution from Mr. James Tate & Tim Hoffman, who claim to be a debt collection agency hired by Geneva Roth/Loan Point USA. I have asked this company to mail me the information to verify that I owe this loan and also to have proof of dates and account information. I also have asked them for a number to Geneva Roth but was told that they can't provide me with that information. They continue to say give me your attorney info and we will forward the information.
