My 73 yr old mother has been receiving harrassing call from pallasades regarding a jose mendez. She does not know this person and is currenylt recouperating from serious surgery. Cant get ahold of these idiots to make them quit. They call appoximately 10 times a day. This is ridiculous!

I have had lots of phone calls from Johnson-York, they say i have a payday loan and they are going to serve me papers. I love in North Carolina and they have faxed a paper to my job asking how much i make and a few other questions. The lady got very ugly with me over the phone and said she would see me in court. Not sure what to do

I just received a Justice Civil Citation in Tx for an old Target credit card debt. It says the debt is $1100 plus interest. What should I do? It's a good possibility I owe some money but doesn't "plus interest" leave it open to any amount they desire?

I have a KD from a debt collector from January of 2006. They say this is when they opened the collection account. The account has been paid for several years. My understanding was that it should be removed from my account from the date of original delinquency. The original delinquency to the original creditor was way more than 7 years ago. can i fight to have this removed since the original delinquency to the original creditor was more than 7 years ago? i got a payday loan from united holding but never received an account summary through email when i called them to change my information i have to send them all new information instead of doing it over the phone. my account is in the process of being closed but they continue to take money out therefore im getting overdrsfts fees how can i stop this i offered to pay it with down with another accoutnbut i still have to send them information they do not call when im late so interest is building please help

Good morning, I received a call earlier this month from ACS stating I would be served on a specific date if no settlement or payment arrangement was made for a pay day loan I did not pay back in 2010. The representative that I spoke to stated check fraud charges would be placed against me in my local court and I could possibly even have to serve jail time. I do recall having to apply and getting a pay day loan from the company they say they are representing and because of that I called back to try to get some sort of arrangement.

So i get this call today from 716-335-9051, telling me they have a legal matter in regards to an item returned from my bank and I need to call them at 866-410-8063. My bank is fine. not sure what to do from here tried to look them up cant find much information on them does anyone here have any information for me

Hello. I am in major trouble! I currently have 6 pay day loans. 5 with store front lenders, and 1 internet lender. I am completely swamped, and do not know what to do. I was in a similar situation 2 years ago, and payed everything off using my income tax money.

I have followed the advised listed and closed my bank account and sent e-mails to my PayDay Lenders. I had a total of 6 payday loans. I recived two PIF responses from two of the lenders however I have not heard back from the other 4. I have paid the principal amount on 2 of the 4 but I still owe $190 and $80 on the other two. I am not sure what to do at his point. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Ok I cancelled my bank account. I did not send a ACH revocation email as I had no email addy for Payday One! They sent this email and I am unsure of how to handle this! I don't have $300 to send them! Heck I don't even have $100 to send them right now! I'm playing catch up with my bills right now! Do I still send the ACH revocation email or what? Please Help! I'm not calling them! The account is in my husbands name and he will only hand me the phone to talk! I'd rather just do this in an email!
