I'm wondering how to get qualified for this and what are ur fees for roughly $2400 in payday loans. I'm not behind yet on all 3. But its just a matter of time before I do fall behind
I received a message on my home voice mail and on my cell phone from someone who informed me that charges are going to be filed against me for check fraud and they are going to contact the human resources office at my place of employment. The did not leave any information regarding the name of the company, but when I called the number it said Capital Solutions. I'm guess it's probably in reference to a payday loan company that I am deal with that is illegal in my state of Maryland. I am not sure what to do.
I received a loan from payment direct of $200 and I couldn't pay back in full so they took the $89 out of my account which I was ok with. The following week the same thing occurred .. The following week I was unable to give them anything because i had more important bills to pay rather then pay them. But now i feel like i shouldn't pay them anything because how rude they are to me over the phone and leave very unprofessional voicemails on my phone.
My son is 22 years old and i have not received child support since he was about 16 years old..is there any way i can find out if i have child support owed to me
I took out a loan from Plain Green for $800 and have since made paid them more than the principal amount. I followed the instructions here in the forum, closed the account and sent them the form letter. I got a call at work this morning and was told that this is not a "payday" loan but is a "short term installment loan" but is set up like a pdl. Am I wrong about this? Do I need to continue with 18 payments of $116.23 on an $800 loan? I have seen on here that because it is a tribal loan that it is illegal in all states? Is that true?
general question, i have 3 major unsecured debts (one line of credit and two credit cards) totalling about 20,000. i would like to get these in one payment, but i do not want to damage my credit score. advice?
I am in the process of sending revocation letter to my payday lenders. I read somewhere on this website that cash call/western sky is a legal lender backed by a bank and is able to charge the 135% interest. Is this true? I have already paid almost 2400.00 on a 2600.00 loan with a pay off of 2800.00. Could someone please tell me if I can deal with these people. Thanks.
